Going to space
Biggle-Dink has always been interested in space. They love gazing up at the stars, wondering about the far away galaxies and their planets. What if they could actually visit one of these galactic marvels? How would they feel? What would they think?
I don't feel like me
Sometimes, Biggle-Dink doesn't feel like themselves, and there can be a few reasons why. If they are feeling sad, angry, or scared, then they don't feel like their usual happy self. Join them as we explore emotions and feelings together.
Festive friends
It's the festive season and Biggle-Dink is very happy! They love everything about Christmas, from the trees and decorations to the treats and time spent with friends. Not everyone is as excited for Christmas as Biggle-Dink, though.
Being clean
Biggle-Dink has decided they don't want to have a bath. Or a shower. They certainly don't want to wash their hands or brush their teeth. Being dirty is fine! Isn't it? Why is it important to keep ourselves clean?
I don't like the rain
Biggle-Dink really doesn't like the rain. They would much rather spend their free time playing outside but when the rain starts pouring it puts a stop to the fun - or does it? Perhaps Biggle-Dink likes lots of things that only happen because of the rain.
Words
Biggle-Dink is curious about words. Why are some things named the way they are? Why do some words sound boring while others sound funny? Can they make up their own words and have fun with their friends? ...What is a Snizzlefrump or a Blibberdoo?
My first Biggle-Dink book
Designed for younger children as their first introduction to the world of Biggle-Dink, this book aims to teach children about numbers, the alphabet, shapes, and colours. Throughout the pages you will find illustrations of Biggle-Dink, Flynn, and Moonley!
Why are you littering?
Biggle-Dink is on a mission - and litter is their target! Why do people drop rubbish on the ground instead of using a bin? Seeing litter on the paths, in the park, or at the beach really upsets Biggle-Dink. What happens when one of their friends drops litter at school?
Curious about cars
Biggle-Dink loves their collection of toy cars and really enjoys playing with them - but what would it be like to drive one of them for real? What if Biggle-Dink could imagine and design their own car? Now, that is an exciting idea!
Are we still friends?
Biggle-Dink and Moonley always play together at break times. What will happen though if they fall out during a game? How would they both feel, and could they find a way to make up and be friends again?
Fizzy
It's normal to not understand how you feel sometimes. Are you happy, or sad? Angry, or scared? Excited, or nervous? Maybe a big feeling is made up of lots of little ones, all fizzing away inside of you. Biggle-Dink feels mixed-up sometimes too, and feels fizzy.
The challenges my friends face
Biggle-Dink has two best friends - Flynn and Moonley. Flynn uses a wheelchair to get around, and Moonley is non-verbal. They both experience different challenges, especially at school, and Biggle-Dink wants to be sure they understand how to support them.
Am I in trouble?
Sometimes Biggle-Dink can be a little clumsy. One day they break something at school, but it was an accident. They are really worried now though - what if they get in trouble? What feelings will Biggle-Dink experience and how will they deal with them?
Funny foods
Biggle-Dink, Flynn, and Moonley are the best of friends, and they like lots of the same things. One thing they can't agree on though is food. Which food is the best? Should they all share the same favourite? What if they could invent their own new foods?
